Important Update
To enhance the security of our applications, users will be required to use a phone number, instead of an email address, to receive a one-time password during the authentication process. This phone number can be a direct landline (call to verify) (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone systems are not supported at this time) or a cell number (text to verify). If you have not previously added a phone number to your One Healthcare ID profile, please do so as soon as possible. If you do not add a phone number to your One Healthcare ID profile, you will be prompted to add one over the next few weeks.
Email addresses will continue to be an authentication option until May of 2024. Starting in May, the phone number requirement will go into effect and email address will no longer be an option to receive a multi-factor authentication code during authentication.
